Return Policy

At Kravit Jewelers, our commitment to your satisfaction extends beyond delivery. We are pleased to offer the following return services to ensure a seamless shopping experience:

Full Refund Within 10 Days of Receipt: If you wish to return your order within 10 days of receiving it, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase amount. Alternatively, you may choose to receive store credit.

30-Day Return Window: For orders returned between 10 and 30 days of receipt, we offer store credit equivalent to the purchase amount. Our store credit does not expire and can be used for any future purchases.

Rolex Sales:
All Rolex and Rolex Certified Pre-Owned sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange

On presentation of the original receipt, your purchases may be returned or exchanged at our Kravit store location in Oceanside, NY. Alternatively, you may elect shipping to our facility with all the original paperwork. All refunds must be credited to the same tender used for the original purchase. To return the online purchases through a secure shipping service, please contact our client service team who will provide you with more information.

All returns or exchanges must be in new, unworn condition, with no scratches or markings, not sized or adjusted and in their original packaging and with warranty cards / certificated and instruction booklets.
